How to use:
Expect some tingling upon application. Apply the Training Stick with 1 - 3 strokes to the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Get your heart rate elevated and blood pumping for at least 20 minutes for the Training Stick to fully activate the warm-up, cardio sculpt, and cool-down phases. In the case of excess forehead sweating, wear a sweatband to prevent product from running into eyes. You do not need to break a sweat for the stick to work - any light exercise, from a brisk walk to gentle Pilates or a Yoga session, will generate enough heat and moisture to activate the stick. Post-workout, carefully wipe skin clean and thoroughly cleanse. Avoid the eye area; if contact occurs, rinse with warm water.
